This post is a long time coming, but I'll do my best to put it out as soon as I can.
Geometric CAMworks 2013 Cheap Price
In the past I've published a post on a geometrics-based version of CAMWorks 2013, which I made available for free download. The tool is called "CAMWorks 2013" (and you can find it under "france" in the French APODs).
The tool is still under development, so some things might not work as well as I'd like. Please test the tool and report any issues you encounter.
I'm not going to go into details on the tool itself, but I'll just mention some useful things you might want to know about it.
CAMWorks 2013 is a tiled-based CAMWorks. It's not a true "flat" CAMWorks, but it is a very functional, and very easy to use, tool.
The tool is very easy to use. You just select a dataset and you have your starting point, and you're ready to go.
The tool starts from the main camera and applies the fitted parameters to the image. You define the camera parameters (lens, aperture, focus, temperature), and then you apply the model to the image data.
The model is mostly built around a few simple functions:
tanh : Оё.cos(Оё)
tanh is a function that takes a cosine and returns a sine. This function will be used for a spatial interpolation, which is very useful.
z = tanh(tan(f(x)) + f(y))
z takes a value between f(x) and f(y), where x and y are parameters of the model. If you want to get a more precise value between f(x) and f(y), use z > f(x) and z < f(y).

The image matrix consists of two positive X and two negative Y values. The image matrix is very useful for a number of things, and it is used here as a small example.
image_matrix.fit(image_matrix, kernel = camb_kernel.fit_sample(model_shape = model_shape))
The kernel is used to compute the Fourier transformation of the image matrix. This is used here to do a quick interpolation between two images.
Last but not least, you'll see the model_shape function. It's used to compute the size of the model as a function of its input.
model_shape(image_matrix, kernel = camb_kernel.fit_sample(model_shape = model_shape))
The model_shape function is very useful, because it allows you to quickly compute a model with better accuracy than is possible with the current model. It's very useful when you are wanting to compute the same model over and over again.
In the published version of the tool, there was a bug in the quadratic kernel function, and the quadratic kernel was not applied to the image data. This error was fixed in the latest version of the tool.
